2. Our Services:

The Colosseum in Layton City, Utah provides laser tag, archery tag, RCL, Axe Throwing for Adults and Kids and table games such as pool, and foosball.

3. User Accounts (If Applicable):

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Payments and Fees:

  • Fees: You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen services or memberships as posted or agreed upon.

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay etc...

  • Refunds and Cancellations: Our refund and cancellation policies are as follows: As this is a service based business we do not offer refunds..

  • Taxes: Applicable sales taxes will be added to all applicable fees.


5. Booking and Cancellation of Services/Events (If Applicable):

  • Booking Procedures: You may book our services online on our website at the-colosseum.com or call in and we will help you book the birthday party or group activity.

  • Cancellation by User: No payment is taken upfront, so there is no cancellation fee.

  • Cancellation by The Colosseum: We would only cancel in cases of emergency.

7. User Conduct:

  • Users are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons.

  • Please use equipment and facilities as instructed.

  • The following activities are prohibited: damaging equipment, disruptive behavior, use of illegal substances.

  • The Colosseum reserves the right to refuse service or access to anyone who violates these conduct rules.

8. Intellectual Property:

All content on our website and within our facilities, including logos, trademarks, and materials, is the property of The Colosseum and may not be used without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, The Colosseum is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur while using our services or facilities. Users assume all risks associated with participation.

Our liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services shall be limited to the amount you have paid to The Colosseum in the preceding six months. We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
